Q - How long has Bikes Dream been in business? A - Bikers Dream Germany has been in business for 8 years, Bikers Dream, LLC (USA/Canada) for 4 years. Q - What warranty coverage is included? A - Both units are covered by a one year limited warranty directly from Bikers Dream, LLC. Please contact us about the problem you are having and we will fix it. Shipping cost is not included. Q - How do I service my pump? A - The manual explains the recommended maintenance. Unscrew the air cylinder cover(s). Add recommended grease (heavy more volume) and stretching or replacing the o-ring(s). Gauges and hoses are interchangeable and provide for custom applications. Q - Are repair kits/parts available? A - We have been providing parts and warranty work on a by case basis. An Accessory kit will be made available in the future. |
